The dates to ORDER your child's lunches are as follows:
     Session #1:  08/25/25 - 09/8/25 ONLY
We are sorry, but if you miss ordering your child's lunch within the above windows of time, the order cannot be placed and you will have to wait for the next session.  The office and the vendors both need time to process the orders.  Thank you for your understanding.

We offer hot lunch five days a week. We use Penfield restaurants for all of our ordering needs.

The orders are grouped into four different sessions, with our first session as:

1st Quarter Lunch Ordering Dates:   8/25/25 to 9/8/25                     1st Quarter Lunch Service:   9/15/25 to 10/31/25         
2nd Quarter Lunch Ordering Dates:  10/6/25 to 10/17/25                  2nd Quarter Lunch Service:  11/3/25 to 1/23/26
3rd Quarter Lunch Ordering Dates:   12/29/25 to 1/9/26                  3rd Quarter Lunch Service:   1/26/26 to 4/17/26
4th Quarter Lunch Ordering Dates:   3/16/26 to 3/27/26                    4th Quarter Lunch Service:    4/20/26 to 6/18/26

Monday: Bill Gray's

Option 1 - Chicken Tenders with chips and apple slices
Option 2- Four Mozzarella Sticks/Marinara Sauce with chips and apple slices
Option 3 - Caesar salad with roll and apple slices (OR) Caesar salad with chicken with roll and apple slices

Tuesday: Don’s Original works on a rotating basis
Week 1 - Hot Dog or Veggie Burger with Ice Cream
Week 2 - Ground Round, Cheese Burger, Turkey Burger or Veggie Burger with pretzels

Wednesday: Rosey’s Italian Café
Option 1 - Pasta with sauce or butter
Option 2 - A turkey & cheese sandwich with seasonal fruit

Thursday: Mark's Pizzeria
We offer cheese or pepperoni slices and Italian or ranch salads

Friday:  Bill Gray's

Option 1 - Grilled cheese with tater tots and apple slices
Option 2 - Mac and Cheese with tater tots and apple slices
Option ​3- Caesar ​salad with roll and apple slices (OR) Caesar salad with chicken with roll and apple slices

How to Order lunches on your FACTS Family Portal

1. Log into your Family Portal – you will need the District Code which is SJSP-NY; and your username and password.

2. Once you are logged into your Family Portal, on the left side column, select “Student”. Then from the drop-down list, select “Lunch”.
Next, you will see your student(s) name at the top of the white screen. Next to the student(s) name you will see (+CREATE WEB ORDER). Select (+CREATE WEB ORDER), then you will see “Lunch Ordering” and the lunches that are available to order will be shown.
SJS will have one quarter of lunches to order at a time.

3. To select a lunch item, click the box below “QTY” and enter the number of items you wish to order and continue with each day’s lunch menu.

4. Once you have completed your orders for each student’s lunches, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and the “Grand Total $________” will appear for the lunches and/or individual lunch items you have selected above for your student or students.

5. Next select (“Order Items”). Please wait a few seconds for the lunch order to process.
The next screen you will see is the “Online Lunch Payment” screen. You will enter your payment information. After you have entered the payment information, click on the “Submit” button. Please wait a few seconds for the payment transaction to complete.
You will receive an email confirmation of your payment.

Please remember that the lunch items will turn RED – if the items are ordered and not yet paid through your web payment, and they will show BLUE – if the items are ordered and payment has completed through your online web payment. Do not leave the order page/payment page until the transaction has completed, which may take several seconds to complete.
